This rate applies to vendors, consulting firms and insurance companies that are not sponsoring or exhibiting at HIMSS & Health 2.0 Conference 2020.
The reduced rate is reserved for unfunded start-ups, government/non-profit attendees, and health professionals including practicing physicians, specialists, nurses and hospital staff. Please don’t abuse it - we will ask you to start your registration all over again.
We tag startups as companies that have raised less than $5M in venture funding, are pre-revenue or very young companies (less than 3 years in operation). For Small & Micro Enterprises we use the EC’s definition and criteria of “small” and “micro” sized companies. HIMSS reserves the right to evaluate each request on an individual basis.
The HIMSS & Health 2.0 European Conference is pleased to welcome members of the Media and Press to Helsinki, where over 3,000 participants and exhibiting companies are expected to attend the most influential digital health event of the year.
Registration is complimentary for professional journalists, with a view to providing editorial coverage of the conference themes and developments in healthcare which will be discussed during the event. Members of the media are expected to meet the eligibility criteria.

This rate is applicable to non-HIMSS members which are an employee of government agencies, hospitals, medical centers, academic institutions and non-for-profit associations. This rate does not apply to Vendors, Consultants, Solutions Providers, etc.
Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact CompuSystems at email@example.com or call +1 224-563-3779, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm U.S. Central Time.
Full conference registrations, exhibit hall only passes, and single day registration fees, are refundable, less a €100 cancelation fee, only if a cancellation notice is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before Monday, 10 August 2020. Registration fees for cancellations received after Monday, 10 August 2020 are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. HIMSS and Health 2.0 membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel a registration and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 3 to 5 business days from the date of HIMSS' receipt of your cancellation notice. Registrations must be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or paid by check. No purchase orders are accepted. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
Registrants unable to attend the conference may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a HIMSS and Health 2.0 member, payment of the non-member fee will be required for the substitute to attend.
Your substitute must register for the conference and pay the fee associated with registration. Once completed, please send the substitute's registration ID to the HIMSS and Health 2.0 registrar, CompuSystems, at email@example.com. Your registration will be canceled and your registration fee will be refunded. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
HIMSS and Health 2.0 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Should the HIMSS and Health 2.0 European Conference be canceled, your registration fee will not be refunded, but will automatically be applied to the next HIMSS and Health 2.0 European Conference.
I understand that I am prohibited from recording any educational session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from HIMSS and Health 2.0, including the use of recording on social media feeds.
For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his or her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund, and his or her registration will be canceled. A government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your badge on-site.
The HIMSS and Health 2.0 European Conference is a private event and has a weapons-free policy. Attendees and others are prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms. Attendees and other are not permitted to bring weapons onto the premises of any official HIMSS and Health 2.0 European Conference event. HIMSS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without refund, to deactivate and/or revoke the credentials of participants who violate this weapons-free policy. Participant agrees that this policy is in force, and agrees to comply with the policy, regardless of whether signs prohibiting weapons are posted at the premises of any official HIMSS and Health 2.0 European Conference event.
Event attendees are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other and the community with respect, kindness and compassion. HIMSS reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the credentials of attendees whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly or offensive by HIMSS, affiliated third parties or local authorities.
