Registrants unable to attend the conference may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a HIMSS and Health 2.0 member, payment of the non-member fee will be required for the substitute to attend.
Your substitute must register for the conference and pay the fee associated with registration. Once completed, please send the substitute's registration ID to the HIMSS and Health 2.0 registrar, CompuSystems, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your registration will be canceled and your registration fee will be refunded. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
No, delegate hotel accommodation will need to be booked separately. If you require accommodation for the event, please see the hotel tab on our website to see the preferential rates that HIMSS has secured at various hotels in close proximity to the venue.

As noted in our registration policy, HIMSS and Health 2.0 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

After the conference has finished you can recieve your digital certificate once you have completed the feedback form.
Yes, you will receive the link to these approximately 2 weeks after the conference.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided as part of the registration fee. Please inform us of any dietary requirements during the registration process.
There will be official photographers at the conference. If you do not want your photograph used in any materials, please let a member of the team know when you arrive on site.
The temperature can vary between 7 degrees up to 25 degrees so a jacket for the evening is advised.
You will collect your badge from the registration desk upon arrival. Please note that badges will NOT be posted to you in advance.
