Arnaud is a business economist, has work experience in various international companies and has been active in healthcare since 2006. He is experienced as a no-nonsense leader who combines strategic insight with pragmatic creativity. It gives him satisfaction to inspire others and to coach them to perform better and he enjoys leading new developments.
He started his career at Océ in 1992, where he held various international management roles and was at the basis of an outsourcing business unit. In 2008, Arnaud became country manager Benelux at iSOFT, a manufacturer and supplier of hospital, general practitioner and pharmacy information systems.
From 2012 to 2017, he was actively involved as an independent consultant at Santeon, a partnership of seven leading top clinical hospitals in the Netherlands. Among other things, he has developed the IT & Information agenda for Santeon. During this period, he did assignments for, among others, the National Veterans Platform (Dutch Ministry of Defense), the UMCG and various care institutions - always assignments at the intersection of business and IT.
Since 2017, Arnaud has been CIO at the Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in Nijmegen where he manages IT, Information Management and Medical Technology. The Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital is a member of Santeon.
