Higher costs don't necessarily translate into better outcomes. Identifying at-risk populations and targeting them to prevent diseases or complications of chronic conditions is the best way to improve at the same time clinical and financial outcomes. And recent advances in predictive analytics represent the greatest opportunity to make our health systems less reactive and more preventive. Convening international experts and showcasing innovative projects from around Europe, this session explores how data analytics, boosted by rapid developments in artificial intelligence, are enabling new approaches for improved prevention and population health management.
