With the grand ambition to support nursing informatics professionals from all over Europe with the suite of tools and knowledge to lead the next wave of digital transformation of healthcare, the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) together with the Finnish Nurses Association and under the frameworks of the HIMSS Partner Innovation Exchange (HIMSS PIE) ha launched of the “HIMSS Nursing Informatics Community” with the vision to make a step forward in clinically-led transformation of healthcare.
Honoring the 200th birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, WHO has declared 2020 as the “Year of Nurse and Midwife” and HIMSS Nursing Informatics Community excitedly looking forward to digital empowerment of nurses, networking and knowledge support for professionals and many more.
