Thank you for attending the 2019 event.
We look forward to seeing you again 26-28 May 2020!
Without interoperability patients are not empowered, clinicians are not informed, and care is less targeted.
Interoperability is the interconnecting thread throughout the journey, it allows information systems to access, exchange, integrate and cooperatively use information in a coordinated manner. Pioneering digital health solutions - such as big data, personalized care, artificial intelligence and data exchanges across the continuum of care - all require interoperability to operate efficiently.
Follow the Interoperability Journey across educational sessions, workshops and showcase demonstrations throughout the HIMSS & Health 2.0 European Conference in Helsinki to learn about the benefits and achievements of interoperable systems, meet international key stakeholders and discuss obstacles, challenges and opportunities.
Nordic Interoperability Project update followed by a panel discussion with high-level policy-makers, including the European Commission. After a year since its launch, this project is one of the most consolidated efforts to demonstrate the value for the patient from a seamless cross-border exchange of health data.
The HIMSS Interoperability Showcase highlights organizations’ cooperation to further interoperability, and improve health outcomes around the world. Come engage with demonstrations focused on the impact technology can make to the individual and their community. Thank you to Medisante, NantHealth, Rhapsody for their support. In addition, the Nordic Interoperability Project will walk you through a patient’s journey across the Nordics. For demonstration details, and the latest information, please see the conference website and app.
